XX International scientific and practical conference «Documentation in information society:

effective management of electronic records»

The organizing committee is planning to discuss the following questions at the conference:

§ Electronic records as a subject of records management;
§ Electronic records as a basis of open government;
§ Legislative, normative and methodical base of electronic records circulation;
§ Legal value of electronic records;
§ International standards of electronic records management;
§ Electronic records circulation as a service;
§ Electronic records circulation as a tool of state functions execution;
§ Electronic records circulation and the problems of documentary information unification;
§ International experience of electronic records circulation management;
§ Organization of scientific and expert activity in electronic records management;
§ Information and documentary technologies of electronic government;
§ Methodology and techniques of long-term archival storage of electronic records;
§ Preparation of personnal and improvement of professional skills in electronic records circulation.

A collection of materials will be prepared and published according to the results of the conference work.
